Our webshop works with payment in advance via the most popular payment platforms such as bancontact, credit card and Ideal.

Some of the physical products in our web shop come from different warehouses.

Books and cat products in stock are usually dispatched within 2 days.

Merchandise takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive as it is made to order.

All we can do is wait for these items to come back in. If an item is out of stock, there is nothing we can do. Thank you for your understanding.

We charge shipping costs which we have to pay directly to BPost. We cover the cost of storage, handling and packaging, so it is not possible to offer free shipping in addition to these costs.

BPost and other shipping companies are important partners to our business and without them we would not be able to work for happy cats every day!
