How do I access my subscription?

You can access it via our mobile Felinova app, which you can download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

You can also log in via your computer at app.felinova.be.

If you already have an account in the Felinova app, make sure you pay for your subscription via the webshop using the same email address as your account in the Felinova app.

What happens to my previously purchased programs?

These will remain available via your Felinova App and your access will remain as it is now.

Will there be any new training sessions?

Yes, several new training sessions are added each year, covering a wide range of topics.

This includes replays of online sessions, online training from Anneleen herself, guest speakers, replays of Happy Cats Cafés when they take place, and so on.

Betalingen en annulaties

Hoe kan ik het abonnement betalen?

Je kan je abonnement registreren met bancontact, kredietkaart of Ideal. Eens je je eerste betaling hebt gedaan, zal er vanaf dan elke maand of elk jaar jouw abonnement afgehouden worden.

Je kan eender wanneer annuleren.

Wordt het abonnement duurder in de toekomst?

De prijzen van de Happy Cats Academie kunnen inderdaad in de toekomst nog verhogen voor nieuwe klanten.

Eens je lid bent, blijft jouw originele prijs hetzelfde voor jou.

Hoe kan ik mijn abonnement opzeggen?

Je kan je maandelijks abonnement stopzetten wanneer je wil.

Eens je opzegt, vervalt je toegang na 14 dagen.

Er zal dan geen nieuwe betaling meer plaatsvinden.

Heb je een jaarlijks abonnement, dan kan je per jaar annuleren.

Het is niet mogelijk om het openstaande deel terug te krijgen.

Ben je geabonneerd na 1 mei 2024?

Ga naar je klantenportaal via deze link, log in met het juiste adres (van registratie) en daar kan je je abonnement stopzetten.

Heb je geabonneerd voor 1 mei 2023?

Ga naar je account en klik op 'beheer je abonnementen', daar kan je je abonnement stopzetten.
