- You are eager to help spread Felinova's mission and vision, and to contribute to the happiness of cats. You are a great animal lover, but you can channel this passion professionally in your job;
- You genuinely enjoy making our network, partners, and customers happy and answering practical and content-related questions daily via email. You make appointments and guide people towards finding the best solution for their pet problems;
- You are commercially minded and proactive; you contribute ideas about opportunities and highly value customer service and customer satisfaction.
- You act quickly and ensure that (potential) customers are helped as well and as fast as possible.
- You find administrative tasks, marketing, and sales a pleasant variation in your job, and you handle emails, content, and invoicing meticulously.
- You are empathetic, and it comes naturally to you to help and guide people to the very best solution for them. Making people and animals happy makes you happy.
- You love to take full responsibility for your work. If you don't know something, you take the initiative to look for the solution yourself.
- You enjoy contributing ideas about improving existing projects, starting new, potential projects, and you can work independently.
- Working mostly remotely, with contact primarily digital, is totally your thing! You check in with the director at least once a week, and otherwise, you are in daily contact via WhatsApp.
- You are domiciled in Flanders (preferably the Waasland region) and are looking for a flexible commitment in an employed position (8-20 hours per week) spread over multiple working days, depending on the workload.
- You have obtained a Bachelor's degree and/or already have initial experience in an all-round administrative job;
- You have a driver's license and your own car
TOOLS
- You can easily find your way around tools and software such as a website (Shopify), invoicing system (Billit; Plug & Pay), or CRM to conduct searches so that you can quickly provide a solution.
- You have a smooth writing style, you are unhappy with typos, and you have a creative side that you like to highlight. You know programs like InDesign and Canva.
- If you don't (extensively) know certain tools or software programs, you understand that this is not a problem, because you know you can quickly master such systems.
PLUS:
- Good knowledge of French (not required but highly desirable)
- An exciting job with a calling, in which everything you do directly impacts the happiness of pets in Flanders and the Netherlands.
- Internal and external training in various areas, wherever you feel the need.
- You will join a small, close-knit team that goes all out for the best. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work almost entirely from the comfort of your own home.
- Finally, we offer you a competitive salary and extralegal benefits, in consultation.
